The Rouge
Summary
Section titled “Summary”The Rouge are a criminal gang from Forest’s Edge who steal from the wealthy and give to the poor. They are ruthless in their ideals and will do whatever is necessary to achieve the outcomes they desire. This wasn’t always the case but it has been under the command of Caesar Plight - the group’s current leader. Their headquarters are located at a gambling bar called Fortune’s Flavour
They have a very tenuous relationship with The Homestead - often resulting in clashes when not inside the town’s boundaries. Within the boundaries of Forest’s Edge - both sides keep things civil out of respect for Krike Wildborn.

Relevance
Section titled “Relevance”Blackmail
Section titled “Blackmail”Varg revealed that Caesar Plight has had influence over situations far beyond Forest’s Edge - and is not above using blackmail to force anyone to work for him.
Disarray
Section titled “Disarray”Caesar Plight unexpectedly announced in the middle of Vaelorn, 920 PD that he would be leaving The Rouge. His sudden disappearance caused a power vacuum amongst the generals and they each vied for control over the rest of the gang.
This seemed to play into Caesar Plight’s plans however - as he later returned to Forest’s Edge and kidnapped Carmen Flint
