Arcanist Arboreal
Summary
Section titled “Summary”The Arcanist Arboreal is an ancient Fey located within the deepest woods of The Shifting Shades. Whilst his main form is that of spectral eyes and a large Silverwood tree, he can often be seen controlling a Humanoid avatar colloquially called Professor OAK; a name given to him by his students from The Hidden Leaf.
It is know by a handful that the Arcanist Arboreal was once a figure of authority in a nascent Feywild before the foundation of the Seelie and Unseelie Courts; a role which got him into some hot water on ocassion. He made a deal with three mages; seemingly unfamiliar with the Feywild, that led to the creation of The Shifting Shades.
The Arcanist Arboreal’s deal with The Big Three is a mutally beneficial arrangement that provided The Big Three with much needed knowledge about the Feywild as well as privacy from the rest of The Wilds, whilst providing him with protection within their civiliziations’ boundaries and via three constructs tied to each of The Big Three. These constructs are:
- The Aspect Of Magic, created by PIERCE
- The Aspect Of Faith, created by ALLEN
- The Aspect Of Combat, created by GARNETT Additionally; the Arcanist Arboreal created The Aspect Of Youth to aid these constructs; represent the nascent Fey that would aid The Big Three in building their society.
